We work daily to keep you informed about all our products and services on our website. Nevertheless, sometimes questions remain unanswered. You can read the answers to frequently asked questions here. If your question is not listed or you cannot find the answer you are looking for, our customer service is always there for you.

Ordering

No. There is no minimum order quantity with us. This means that you can easily buy a single individual product, regardless of the price.

We are constantly expanding our range, so it is possible that not all products are indicated. It is also possible to order products that are not available. If you have not found the product you are looking for in the offer, please contact us via the contact form and we will prepare an individual offer for you.

If you are based outside Germany, you are welcome to order without VAT. However, only if the company is located within the EU. For orders outside the EU, VAT is generally not applicable. To do this, you must enter your VAT identification number (VAT ID) in the order process and the invoice will be issued without VAT.

As we deliver our products worldwide, it is of course possible to order the products outside the EU as well.

Discounts

Yes. Discounts are available for schools & educational institutions, as well as for business customers. If you belong to one of the groups, simply enter your company or educational institution under "Company" during registration. If you missed this step during registration, simply contact us via the contact form and we will activate you for your customer group as soon as possible. You can also contact us at any time with questions and uncertainties.

Yes, the discount depends on the product type and the order quantity. If you have any questions, simply contact us and we will prepare a quote for you.

To let us know that you belong to this customer group, simply enter your educational institution under "Company" during registration. If you missed this step during registration, simply contact us via the contact form and we will activate you for this customer group.

Payment

We offer purchase on account to our business customers. But private customers can also use PayPalPlus to pay by invoice. Just take a look at our payment options.

The standard payment term is 30 days.

Shipping

Small items are delivered by Deutsche Post. Orders that can be sent as parcels are delivered by DHL and DPD.

Yes, this is possible. All you have to do is select the type of express delivery.

Yes, this is possible. Shipping to German islands is done with DHL at no extra charge. 

Yes, this is possible. Simply make an appointment with us, either by phone or via the contact form.

Other

Vouchers are redeemed by entering the appropriate code. You find the input field "Redeem code" in the shopping cart at the end of the page.

A direct exchange is not possible. An exchange against another article is only possible by returning and refunding the original article with subsequent reordering of the other article. Please contact us before returning an article.
